Tests: choose an explicit FULL strategy in tests expecting it
...
Since it can be set in the environment when running the test suite,
guard tests which are sensitive to intermediate directory strategy
changes with explicit settings.

Unity build: Include GENERATED files into unity build
...
There is no reason to skip the generated files, in case of problems
one can use the SKIP_UNITY_BUILD_INCLUSION property.
