Help: Clarify load_cache documentation of first parameter
The first parameter is the path to the *directory* containing the
`CMakeCache.txt` file, not the file itself.

Convert builtin help to reStructuredText source files
Run the convert-help.bash script to convert documentation:
./convert-help.bash "/path/to/CMake-build/bin"
Then remove it.
