427be46424 GenEx $<PATH>: Add NATIVE_PATH sub-command. 
Implements the generator expression $<PATH:MATIVE_PATH> which convert
path(s) into a native format with platform-specific slashes (``\`` on
Windows hosts and ``/`` elsewhere).
