ce45045d50 FortranCInterface: Add support for Cray module mangling
Cray Fortran uses mangling of the form `my_sub$my_module_` with the
subroutine name first. Teach FortranCInterface to detect this case.
Add `FortranCInterface_MODULE_{,_}ORDER` result variables to report it.

With optimizations on, Cray Fortran inlines the module subroutine into
the calling object, so our symbol with the `INFO` string is not used.
Add a directive to suppress inlining to avoid this.

daf6cc89ee LFortran: Remove hard-coded --generate-object-code flag
This was added in commit 98d0f918ba (LFortran: Add support for this
compiler, 2024-01-25, v3.31.0-rc1~303^2~2) because it is needed for
cases covered by CMake's Fortran tests. However, it does not work
with Fortran modules and breaks lfortran's own `examples/project1`.
Move the flag to the test cases that need it, just as the original
commit did with `--implicit-interface`.

3958ed878f LCC: Add policy CMP0129 regarding interpreting LCC as GNU
Due to MCST LCC compiler identification is now changed to LCC,
there should be a way for old projects to still identify it as GNU,

This commits adds the policy:
CMP0129: Compiler id for MCST LCC compilers is now LCC, not GNU.
This policy controls such a behavior.
OLD behaivior is to treat LCC as GNU, NEW is to treat is as LCC.

e5d9fce03f LCC: Add dedicated support for MCST LCC compiler
Divert LCC compiler as a new one, instead of treating it as GNU.

Since old times, Elbrus C/C++/Fortran Compiler (LCC) by MCST has been
passing checks for GNU compilers, so it has been identified as GNU.
Now, with intent of seriously upstreaming its support, it has been
added as a separate LCC compiler, and its version displays not a
supported GCC version, but LCC version itself (e.g. LCC 1.25.19 instead
of GNU 7.3.0).

This commit adds its support for detection, and also converts basically
every check like 'is this compiler GNU?' to 'is this compiler GNU or
LCC?'. The only places where this check is untouched, is where it
regards other platforms where LCC is unavailable (primarily non-Linux),
and where it REALLY differs from GNU compiler.

Note: this transition may break software that are already ported to
Elbrus, but hardly relies that LCC will be detected as GNU; still such
software is not known.

d3d2c3cd49 VS: Fix Fortran target type selection when linking C++ targets
Since commit 2c9f35789d (VS: Decide project type by linker lang as
fallback, 2017-03-30, v3.9.0-rc1~340^2) we consider the linker language
when detecting whether to generate a `.vfproj` or `.vcxproj` file.
However, this could cause C-only projects to become `.vfproj` files if
they link to Fortran projects. Instead we should consider only the
`LINKER_LANGUAGE` property on the target itself. This approach is
already used for CSharp. It allows project code to specify the project
file type for a target with no sources but does not allow linked targets
to affect it.

d31d7ffd1e Tests: Fix Fortran test to run FortranCInterface again
Updates to Tests/Fortran by commit v3.2.0-rc1~501^2 (Avoid if() quoted
auto-dereference, 2014-10-14) changed our check

    "${CMAKE_Fortran_COMPILER_ID}" MATCHES "${CMAKE_C_COMPILER_ID}"

to

    CMAKE_Fortran_COMPILER_ID MATCHES CMAKE_C_COMPILER_ID

because CMP0054 warned about the LHS compiler id "MSVC" being expanded.
However, the RHS of if(MATCHES) does not auto-dereference so this check
has returned FALSE since then and the FortranCInterface part of the test
has not been running!

Fix this by using STREQUAL with quoted arguments and setting CMP0054 to
NEW (by requiring 3.1).

c5eb21b6d1 Fix dependency scanning configuration in subdirectories
Refactoring in commit v3.5.0-rc1~347^2~2 (Set the current dirs on the
snapshot before creating the cmMakefile) accidentally changed the
source and binary directories configured in `cmake -E cmake_depends`
for use during dependency scanning. This can cause the wrong directory
information to be loaded. It also breaks Fortran module dependency
scanning for modules provided by targets in subdirectories that do
not have Fortran_MODULE_DIRECTORY set.

Fix the dependency scanning directory configuration and add a test to
cover the Fortran module case in which the breakage was observed.

42bbf1307a CMP0022: Fix link language propagation in NEW behavior
The languages used in compiling STATIC libraries need to be propagated
to dependents regardless of the settings of INTERFACE_LINK_LIBRARIES or
CMP0022. They are independent of the libraries in the link interface.

Prior to commit v2.8.12~192^2~2 (Introduce the INTERFACE_LINK_LIBRARIES
property, 2013-06-04) the cmTarget::ComputeLinkInterface code path for
"explicitLibraries" could never be taken for STATIC libraries, so the
logic to propagate languages existed only in the non-explicitLibraries
code path. After that commit, INTERFACE_LINK_LIBRARIES could be set for
STATIC libraries to cause the "explicitLibraries" code path to be taken.
The commit also left the old non-explicitLibraries code path conditional
on CMP0022 not being set to NEW. Thus link language propagation was
left missing from two cases by that commit.

The explicitLibraries code path was fixed to propagate languages by
commit v2.8.12~149^2~1 (cmTarget: Fix iface libraries and languages for
static libraries, 2013-07-26). However, the non-explicitLibraries case
was never taught to propagate languages when CMP0022 is set to NEW. Fix
that now. Factor the logic to propagate link languages out of the link
interface libraries conditions so that it always occurs. Update
Tests/Fortran to set CMP0022 to NEW to test this case (because the test
passes only if link language propagation works).

fcb2a27982 Fix and simplify Fortran test compiler compatibility check
Since commit 38aab379 (Set CMAKE_<lang>_COMPILER_ID for VS generators,
2011-09-02) the VS IDE generators set the C and C++ compiler id to MSVC
and the Fortran compiler id to Intel. This caused the Fortran test to
fail compatible compiler detection because the if() test

  "${CMAKE_C_COMPILER_ID}" MATCHES "MSVC"

is evaluated as the "var MATCHES regex" signature which evaluates the
compiler id "MSVC" as a variable which is defined to 1 which does not
match "MSVC".

Combine tests for non-identical but compatible compiler vendors into a
single regex match whose left hand side will not be defined as a
variable.
