7a63dafafb Ninja Multi-Config: Remove "NMC" from variable names 
Also rename `..._DEFAULT_BUILD_FILE_CONFIG` to `..._DEFAULT_BUILD_TYPE`.
These name changes make the variables meaningful for future use by other
generators.
