Brad King	96afb12087	Convert CMake to OSI-approved BSD License ... This converts the CMake license to a pure 3-clause OSI-approved BSD License. Brad King	9a1d4e92eb	BUG: Fix/cleanup custom commands and custom targets. Make empty comment strings work. Fix ZERO_CHECK target always out of date for debugging.
