Brad King	a0ec14d363	Add deprecation warnings for policies CMP0054 and below ... The OLD behaviors of all policies are deprecated, but only by documentation. Ben Boeckel	9ba91463e6	tests: test CMP0053 in WARN mode when watching variables ... When CMP0053 is in WARN mode, variables get expanded twice, leaking the fact that the string was expanded twice and changing behavior.
