Alexander Neundorf d7c60ab6b0 Help: mark the directory properties INTERPROCEDURAL_OPTIMIZATION as deprecated 
These properties actually never existed, so move the documentation
to "Deprecated" and refer to the target properties.

Kitware Robot f051814ed0 Convert builtin help to reStructuredText source files 
Run the convert-help.bash script to convert documentation:

 ./convert-help.bash "/path/to/CMake-build/bin"

Then remove it.
