4da3cae9ff FeatureSummary: Clean printed output 
* Remove space before commas
* Do not add an empty line before the first type of packages

Also fix a typo in unit test.

38ef2b7363 FeatureSummary: Print each feature info only once 
If a feature is added multiple times via ADD_FEATURE_INFO it should
appear only once in FEATURE_SUMMARY.
