Felix Geyer 89d7a5a417 Fix CMAKE_HOST_SYSTEM_PROCESSOR detection on GNU/Hurd (#15147) 
On Debian GNU/Hurd 'uname -p' prints "unknown", so use 'uname -m'
instead.
