Compile the target with ``C++/CX`` language extensions for Windows Runtime.

For ``SHARED`` and ``MODULE`` libraries, this also defines the

``_WINRT_DLL`` preprocessor macro.
|
|
|

Currently this is implemented only by Visual Studio generators.
