:prop_tgt:`TEST_LAUNCHER` target property were added to specify

a launcher to be used by executable targets when invoked by

* The :command:`add_test` command now honors

:variable:`CMAKE_CROSSCOMPILING_EMULATOR` only when cross-compiling.
