Teach the VS 2008 and 2005 generators to set the `RemoteDirectory` in `DeploymentTool` and the `RemoteExecutable` in `DebuggerTool`. Use a `DEPLOYMENT_REMOTE_DIRECTORY` target property to specify the value.
