Fred Baksik bdb213819c GHS: Do not include WindowsPaths 
This causes issues where CMAKE_SYSTEM_PREFIX_PATH contains incorrect
paths. GHS is a cross-compiler toolchain and doesn't use anything in
these locations.

Also WindowsPaths are always wrong on Linux hosts.
