- Enhance extract doc parser. Seems robust now. The legacy
   module documentation parser works as before ignoring
   the new markup.

 - Proof of concept for CPack (generic), CPack RPM and CPack Deb
   generator for macro and variables.
   Try cpack --help-command and cpack --help-variables
