Đoàn Trần Công Danh d7159f9591 Ninja: Fix LINK_WHAT_YOU_USE link flag placement 
Move `-Wl,--no-as-needed` from the `<FLAGS>` placeholder to
`<LINK_FLAGS>`, as it is in the Makefile generators.
