Cristian Le cc6dbd194c GNUInstallDirs: Cache CMAKE_INSTALL_* with leading usr/ for install prefix / ...

As a consequence, `GNUInstallDirs_get_absolute_install_dir` does not
alter the `var` argument (the relative path argument).
