This patch adds basic documentation for the CMAKE_INCLUDE_PATH,
CMAKE_LIBRARY_PATH, CMAKE_PROGRAM_PATH, CMAKE_APPBUNDLE_PATH and
CMAKE_FRAMEWORK_PATH environment variables and links to the
respective cmake variables and vice versa.
