Admin9705 99d25ee1d6 Refactor settings: single-column layout, remove wiki info-icons, fix modal radio buttons 
- All editor-grid sections now use single-column stacked layout (Sonarr/Radarr/etc too)
- NZB Hunt advanced settings grid changed to single-column
- Removed 17 wiki info-circle icons from Swaparr settings
- Removed 5 wiki info-circle icons from Backup & Restore page
- Fixed Custom Formats Add modal to correctly pre-select radio buttons
- Fixed same issue for TV Hunt Custom Formats modal
- Cleaned up empty CSS rulesets in instance-editor.css
