3914f772b0 Add featured.md file to list where KeyPass is featured (#947) 
Fixes #946

Add a markdown file `featured.md` to list where KeyPass is featured and update `README.md` to include a link to it.

* **featured.md**
  - Create a markdown file named `featured.md`.
  - Add sections for Youtube, Blogs, and Twitter threads.
  - List relevant links to where KeyPass is featured under each section.

* **README.md**
  - Add a link to the `featured.md` file in the `README.md` file.
  - Move featured section above the download link section.
  - Write a small description about featured links and add a link to `featured.md` file.
