Feature/navigation state (#930)

* Replace setCameraState with setNavigationState + equivalents
* Add documentation and verification of NavigationState-related interfaces
* Documentation and verification fixes
* Change reference frame behavior
* Scene fixes
* Replace earthrise recording with navigation state and time
