1d54a00a25 Reimplement arc length reparameterization using a map of (u, s) samples 
Removes (or at least reduces) fluctuation in speed and avoids real time computations. Could eb improved by using something else than a linear interpolation between samples

* updating files for orex return

* Changes to osirisrex assets to bring mission events up to date

* Removed accidental duplicate line from merge

* Enable low-res Bennu model by default

* Modify osirisrex asset to only include the low-res BennuProjection asteroid model

* Adapt version numbers, change to 2-space indentation
