update: allow support for php 8.5
...
Needed to update nette/schema, laminas/laminas-diactoros and laravel/framework - they were the only packages that needed updating. Also needed to replace a pdo constant deprecated in php 8.5.

Github actions by default uses 80 character width, which mean most error messages are truncated making it very difficult to determine what the error is. Wrapping doesn't look to be an option: https://rich.readthedocs.io/en/stable/console.html#environment-variables .

fix: don't import schema file when in schema dump ci
...
If you're importing the same file as you're editing, it's not too useful. For example, one could edit the schema, add an entry to the bottom to the migrations table, and the ci will import it when running all migrations before generating the new dump. The new dump would therefore include what the schema file already had instead of the sql that the laravel migrations generated.
