0000838d8b refactor: cruddy torrents 
Separate torrents into cruddy route names. Route model binding isn't possible due to the global scope on unapproved torrents. Use form requests. Simplify the controller flow where possible.

583064d357 fix: reports unintentionally deleted 
Reports with invalid torrent_id columns are deleted, but turns out we use 0 for the torrent_id on user reports and request reports.

472c820f99 update: UNIT3D linting 
- github action updated with new ruleset in pint.json
- codebase linted with new ruleset
- contributors can now run `./vendor/bin/pint`
- action workflow will auto correct any lint issues upon commit/opened pull request

97e88dd68b Leverage injected request object 
Laravel automatically injects the current Http [request object][1] to all Controller actions and Middleware. Leveraging this object improves consistency and testability.
