We could theoretically add in the alerts which constituted the "artifact defense event"
- shield disruption => not released until 8.0 (Artifact_Defense_Event)
- emp aura => accidently released
- corrosive projection => not released until 8.0 (Artifact_Defense_Event)
- infested impedence => not released until 8.0 (Artifact_Defense_Event)
