* add a dymmy implementation
* move entire deprecated endpoints in bottom of each section
* define GET_APPIUM_SESSION_CAPABILITIES and add it to isAppiumDriverCommand
* adds _COMMAND
* remove unnecessary method definition
* move deprecated endpoints
* add temporary implementation
