* openExternal is stubbed by default

* Missed one in sidebar_navigation.cy.ts

* Let's try windows

* showItemInFolder was already stubbed as well

* Fixing types and system test snapshot

* Removing internal logic/gui options enabling gql intercepts

* I'll find all these eventually

* Adding some stuff back, we might want this for debugging
