1aa8d9e630 Update availability headers, add headers for some frameworks 
Headers added for CryptoTokenKit and LocalAuthentication
They have been stripped of Apple's comments
Licensing may still be an issue, please verify

e434426e8c Add missing macro and a submodule for top 
There is a macro in newer versions of mach/thread_info.h not present in this one

5983370373 Added shell_cmds submodule, building some executables from it. 
Added initial 'darling' tool.
Added sys_getlogin.
sysconf(_SC_ARG_MAX) now works.
