* Added compiler setup for MKW - Untested atm

* Updated download logic for _127

* Changed version _127 name to remove Metroworks 1.0 name

* Fixed compiler options strings

* exception catching for shlex

* cleanup + zbanks xargs fix

* cleanup

* Fix dll casing in download.py, warning filtering improvements, simon suggestion, typo

* Chmod to executable to the separately downloaded _127 compiler

* permit -w

* black and python updates
