EmptyChaos 49babfb60b CFrame: Fix Confirm Close ...

Closing Dolphin's main frame and clicking "no" does not clear
m_bClosing which means that pressing the "stop" button triggers
OnClosed which suddenly and unexpectedly closes the main frame.
