allow for extracting apploader/dol from gc/wii images without having to extract the whole fst. for now, the wii extraction just comes from partition 1.

Stop spamming the file log without being asked to. Removes the "Loading settings from" and "Starting application" notices being written to the file log when the file log was not enabled.
