Update bats tests. These tests test handling data conflicts, but the behavior that was in the test (row deletion + column deletion) is no longer a conflict. This commit changes the behavior to something else that is a conflict.

Run backwards compatibility tests against more recent versions of dolt.
...
We no longer support the old __LD_1_ file format.
This list includes v0.50.0, the first version where the new file format is the default, as well as v0.75.0, the other major release before v1.0.0, and then v1.0.0 and every minor release since.

Block merges that corrupt indexes
...
Today, many merges can leave indexes in a corrupted state. This PR blocks those merges as a short-term fix.
In the long term we will make these merges automatic.
