yusing e8b79ff783 chore(examples): rename SOCKET_PROXY_LISTEN_ADDR to LISTEN_ADDR 
Update compose and rootless env examples to use LISTEN_ADDR for the
socket proxy address. Add the missing final newline in
rootless.env.example.
