f1e0f94580 MunkiStatus.app should now properly display in front of the loginwindow when Fast User Switching is active and we're switched to the loginwindow with (possibly) a user switched out.

5cb0aac96c Removed code in awakeFromNib that set the text in the status and detail fields to default values; this was sometimes writing over the initial message from munkistatus.py.

491345a1c0 MunkiStatus.app: Fixed stupid typo when loading /System/Library/CoreServices/DefaultDesktop.jpg and added a little more error handling around this. This bug caused MunkiStatus to not appear over the loginwindow if a custom loginwindow background picture had not been set. Bumped version to 2.0.1.

a7f6f98916 Commented out code that tried to reactivate MunkiStatus.app if it was deactivated when running over the login window. This had unfortunate visual effects if the loginwindow was displaying a dialog asking for permission to use an external account.

7bec452b3e Changes to better display Desktop Picture over loginwindow on more OS versions and if /Library/Preferences/com.apple.loginwindow DesktopPicture points to a non-existant picture. 
Added Solid Aqua Blue.png as a resource for use as a DesktopPicture of last resort.

ef6abe9460 Added MunkiStatus.xcodeproject to build MunkiStatus.app. 
Added munkistatus.py to communicate with MunkiStstus.app
Modified ManagedInstaller and removepackages to use MunkStatus.app for user feedback instead of iHook.
Removed iHook example files (100.mangagedinstalllogout.hook anbd MI_logout.hook) since we no longer use iHook for user feedback.
