Updated build script to reflect new repo layout (specifically, the new code/apps directory), and to calculate a rev number for the apps pkg from the apps directory

pkginfo_hash_updater.py

Fixed logic for adding hashes for uninstaller_items; skip processing "._" abd ".DS_Store files; added -u/--update_existing option so that by default pkginfo_hash_updater.py only updates items that are missing hashes, and skips items that already have hashes.
