Justin McWilliams 86fff493d3 pythonScriptRunning() should only find python processes where the script running (first arg) is <scriptname>, not processes where <scriptname> exists anywhere in the argument list.

Example, where <scriptname> == 'managedsoftwareupdate':
  Still find: /usr/bin/python managedsoftwareupdate
  Don't find: /usr/bin/python foo.py --argbar managedsoftwareupdate
