Tim Möhlmann 4ed269979e fix(op): check if getTokenIDAndClaims succeeded (#429) ...

When getTokenIDAndClaims didn't succeed,
so `ok` would be false.
This was ignored and the accessTokenClaims.Claims call would panic.
