test: add putrelativefile tests for the WOPI validator
...
The custom test cases just remove the "PutRelativeFile.IncludeHostUrls"
since the collaboration service can't provide the required response
easily. The rest of the test cases are the same.

The `draw-io` app has been removed from the Web default apps, hence this removes it here as well.
The app is now available via the [web-extensions repository](https://github.com/owncloud/web-extensions ).
