* fix estimates sorting in Front end side

* change estimate sorting keys

* - Fix estimate sorting when local db is enabled
- Fix a bug with with sorting on special fields on spreadsheet layout
- Cleanup logging

* Add logic for order by based on layout for special cases of no load
