Update Sonarr HDR Custom Format IDs to current TRaSH Guides

**Problem:**
Sonarr was showing 11 obsolete custom format IDs warning during Recyclarr sync.
Only Radarr HDR IDs were updated in previous commit, Sonarr was missed.
