* Use same Puppeteer like in main package.json This prevent download two version of Puppeteer. I can not run test properly even without this change, so I do not know if this can break anything. * Update launchPuppeteer.js

This is the branch for
@vue/cli3.0.
Status: beta
Most of the planned features are in place but there may still be bugs. API may still change until we reach RC phase. Do not use in production yet unless you are adventurous.
Quickstart
npm install -g @vue/cli
