056ded8902 Support SMART for unassigned devices. 
SMART config via smart-one.cfg is per-ID instead of per-slot (follows drive)
Volume storage warning/critical thresholds now in disk.cfg and pools/<pool>.cfg files instead of in smart-one.cfg
