- Added intro code block showing how to include this module.
- Used "command" instead of "macro".
- Reworded descriptions a bit.
- Extended examples section showing how to check struct members in C and
  C++. Added additional example showing how to use
  CMAKE_REQUIRED_DEFINITIONS variable.
