Brad King 430296dc96 ENH: Moved global inter-target dependency analysis and cycle-prevention code up from cmGlobalUnixMakefileGenerator3 to cmGlobalGenerator. Simplified cmGlobalUnixMakefileGenerator3 to use it. Later other generators may be modified to use it also.
