Matthew Woehlke b2dc1bd149 CMake: Suppress IBM XL optimization warning 
`xlC` now warns "Additional optimization may be attained by recompiling
and specifying MAXMEM option" on `cmExportPackageInfoGenerator`.
Add the suggested option.
