Tim Blechmann 22f38c0d6b cmake: avoid getcwd in CollapseFullPath ...

`CollapseFullPath` calls getcwd, which is a rather expensive system
call. we can replace it with `GetHomeOutputDirectory()` to save us from
the calling overhead
