`QPalette::Foreground` is deprecated and was replaced by
`QPalette::WindowText` since at least Qt 4.8.

This replaces the `QPalette::Foreground` color role with `QPalette::WindowText`
in `QtDialog/RegexExplorer.cxx` to avoid compiler warnings.
