Add entry to catch SwitchBoard.app in killStupidProcesses
...
The existing entry to kill off SwitchBoard.app being launched in the loginwindow context did not always work. Adding "/bin/bash /Library/Application Support/Adobe/SwitchBoard/SwitchBoard.app/Contents/MacOS/switchboard.sh" resolves this issue.

Huge localization update.
...
Changed toolbar at the top of the MSC main window from a fake toolbar to an NSToolbar. This allows the buttons to auto-resize to show the entire label when the localized language labels are wider than the English labels. Also provides better/more-Mac-like behavior when in full-screen mode.
Updated all lproj/MainMenu.xib files to have the correct strings; ported the translated button labels to the new controls.
Added additional managedsoftwareupdate message strings to Managed Software Center and MunkiStatus's Localizable strings.
Normalized all Managed Software Center/*.lproj/Localizable.strings so all comments and keys match en.lproj.

revert part of Revision: 90752e2f9768; proceed to install if options.logoutinstall or options.installonly are true, instead of doing options.auto actions first. The prior change caused SuppressLoginwindowInstall to prevent install during a bootstrapping session.

Another localization fix. When genstrings scans a source file to find strings that should be added to Localizable.strings, it wants literal strings inside double quotes; it doesn't like Python's single quotes for this.

Add some NSLocalizedString references to strings that actually come from managedsoftwareupdate; this allows the Localize.py script (which calls genstrings) to generate entries for these in Localizable.strings, making it more likely that these messages will be localized in other languages.
