BREAKING CHANGE: `css.modules` option has been removed. To import css files (or any other supported pre-processor files) as CSS Modules, append the request with a `?module` resourceQuery.
vue-cli 
This is the branch for
@vue/cli3.0.
Status: beta
Most of the planned features are in place but there may still be bugs. API may still change until we reach RC phase. Do not use in production yet unless you are adventurous.
Quickstart
npm install -g @vue/cli
# or
yarn global add @vue/cli
vue create my-project
