BREAKING CHANGE: PluginAPI.setMode() has been removed. Instead, for a plugin to
sepcify the default mode for a registered command, the plugins should expose
`module.exports.defaultModes` in the form of `{ [commandName]: mode }`.

vue-cli 
This is the branch for
@vue/cli3.0.
Status: beta
Most of the planned features are in place but there may still be bugs. API may still change until we reach RC phase. Do not use in production yet unless you are adventurous.
Quickstart
npm install -g @vue/cli

vue create my-project
